At Natura Hill Private Villas, we strive to provide a flexible and transparent cancellation policy for our guests:

• Free Cancellation: Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Late Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date, the deposit amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
